Expert opinion of Gryhorii Tripulskyi in a special issue of “Yurydychna Gazeta”

The real estate market is a system that encompasses the processes of buying, selling, renting, mortgage, managing, and investing in real estate.

Recall that a few months ago, lawyer, candidate of law, managing partner of “DE-JURE” Gryhorii Tripulskyi was included in the rating “Client’s Choice. TOP-100 Lawyers of Ukraine 2025” (published by “Yurydychna Gazeta”).

And now we have received an invitation from the publication to participate in its annual special issue.

Since our company is known as one of the best in the field of construction and real estate, Gryhorii Tripulskyi prepared a material on the challenges and prospects of the Odessa real estate market in times of crisis.

Despite the fact that Odesa is an important economic and cultural center of Ukraine, the security situation in the city significantly reduces investment attractiveness. The market for primary and secondary housing sales has suffered from this, and only the rental of commercial real estate in the center remains relatively stable. Accordingly, the work of lawyers specializing in real estate and construction has also decreased.

But while the real estate market will remain uncertain in the short term, there are investors ready to invest now. In the longer term, as hostilities cease and the economy recovers, interest in real estate as an attractive asset will grow.
