Gryhorii Tripulskyi to speak at the 8th South Ukrainian Forum

It is time to think about the first steps in Ukraine’s post-war recovery and attracting investments, even though the end date of the war is impossible to predict. At the 8th South Ukrainian Forum, we will discuss what works for business, logistics, and infrastructure today, and what other tools need to be implemented. The event is organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association on September 12, and one of the panels, “Legal Anti-Crisis Toolkit for Business: From Risks to Solutions,” will be moderated by Gryhorii Tripulskyi, Managing Partner of DE-JURE Law Firm.

At the session, he and invited experts will discuss how to identify critical risks for the team and business in advance and apply proven legal tools to avoid stopping operations. In particular, the following issues are discussed:

  1. Threat assessment: mobilization restrictions, risks of losing key employees.
  2. Case study: How a company comprehensively addressed booking and relocation issues without disrupting operations.
  3. Protection Tools:
  • Employee Reservation in 2025 — New Rules and Pitfalls
  • Obtaining Critical Enterprise Status: Requirements, Procedure, Typical Refusals
  • Business and Personnel Relocation: Domestic and International, Legal Nuances and Risks
