How to create a limited liability company?

A limited liability company (LLC) is a form of legal entity whose members are liable only to the extent of their contributions to the authorized capital.

It is gratifying that despite the wartime, Ukrainians still have a desire to create their own business, such as, for example, our client, who recently launched an LLC! And with legal support at all stages, DE-JURE specialists are always ready to help.

So, legal assistance in creating that Limited Liability Company included the following stages:

  • representation of the client’s interests during negotiations between the founders regarding the conditions for creating an LLC and determining the size of the authorized capital;
  • consulting on the procedure for contributing real estate to the authorized capital of an LLC in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine;
  • development of the LLC’s constituent documents: charter, minutes of the constituent meeting, and others;
  • drawing up an act of acceptance and transfer of real estate to the authorized capital;
  • carrying out the procedure for state registration of an LLC;
  • registration of the Company’s ownership rights to non-residential premises with a total area of over 1,000 sq.m.

As a result, our client is a member of a Limited Liability Company that is ready to provide services to Ukrainians.
