I have many stories with Grigory and “De-Jure”, as, probably, many of you have.

“They are the Keepers of Secrets”, – as one of the very respected Odessa residents told me.

Everywhere I remember with them – victories and restoration of justice.

I want to recall one of my cases with “DE-JURE”.

Our small online radio offers an idea to the largest Ukrainian mobile operator and wins the tender for launching the Radio named after this operator!

We are small, they are big. Scary)
And the most difficult thing is the rights to music.
The attention of the rights holders to any of their notes on the air of a very large mobile operator.

Was I worried?
I was awake (for real).

The first week of broadcasting that radio station, we received the first claim from the copyright holders (despite the fact that we always paid for the music).

As far as I remember, the claim was for about 2,000,000 hryvnias.

I started going gray at 35.

Then another claim.

Then another…

None of them ended with consequences for us.

And all because we always paid for intellectual property, and BECAUSE WE HAD THE RIGHT CONTRACTS WITH EVERYONE.

And so the contracts, which even very expensive lawyers in the capital could not find fault with, were concluded by the Odessa team “DE-JURE”!
