- On April 9, 2025, Law No. 4292-IX on Strengthening the Protection of the Rights of a Good Faith Acquirer (draft law No. 12089), which was adopted by the Rada on March 13, came into force.
- European integration of the motor transport services market: the law was submitted to the President for signature
- On March 27, 2025, the Verkhovna Rada approved in the second reading and in its entirety the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine on Improving the Legal Regulation of Certain Issues of Home and Remote Work” (Registration No. 10164-1)
- On March 27, the draft law “On Amendments to the Section “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Civil Code of Ukraine on the Peculiarities of Lending and Financial Leasing during the Period of Martial Law” (Registration No. 12148) was adopted in its entirety, which provides for the freezing of accruals and payments on loans for enterprises from temporarily occupied and front-line territories of Ukraine
- On April 15, 2025, the President signed Bill 12093, adopted by the Parliament on March 13, which proposes to stimulate violators of military registration to pay fines and perform military service
- On April 15, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in its entirety as a law Bill 12150 on the implementation of the norms of the European Union legislation on electronic communications
- The Verkhovna Rada has repealed the ban on inspections and fines for employers in case of mobbing against employees
- The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the resolution of April 8, 2025 No. 394 “Some issues of protecting the interests of land owners and applying the administrative procedure in the field of land relations”, developed by the State Geocadastre
- From 04/01/2025, the temporary limit on card transfers from the NBU of UAH 150,000 is no longer applied. But banks can act according to the Memorandum and establish other restrictions
