Divorce and division of property: how we can help
Divorce is a legal procedure for ending a marital relationship.
A lawyer from the company “DE-JURE” will be by your side and provide all the necessary legal support on the difficult path to divorce. With us, the process will be as easy and fast as possible, – guarantees the head of the legal practice, attorney Yuriy Kostynyuk. In particular, we help with the following issues:
- registration of divorce. If one of the partners permanently lives abroad or serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, his interests are represented by a lawyer;
- division of property in an official and civil marriage. According to the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, property is divided in half during a divorce, except for personal items and gifts. We will advise on the registration of valuables so that they remain with the client;
- collection of alimony in court – obtaining a court decision on the withholding of alimony from income or payment of a fixed amount;
determining the place of residence of children and the procedure for their communication with their father/mother. The presence of a court decision allows you to protect the interests of the child and the parent with whom he lives; - deprivation of parental rights. If one of the parents is absent from the child’s life for a long time or poses a threat to him (shows cruelty, abuses drugs and alcohol), the court may decide to deprive him of parental rights. However, this does not eliminate the need to pay alimony.
Lawyers both contribute to the peaceful pre-trial settlement of family issues and protect the rights and interests of the client during legal proceedings.
