We prepare complaints, lawsuits, statements and other documents for the court

Court documents are written materials submitted by parties to a proceeding to support their claims or objections. They include statements of claim, evidence, explanations, and other procedural documents.

Article 55 of the Constitution of Ukraine states that every individual or legal entity whose rights have been violated has the right to protection in court. However, the preparation of statements, petitions and other documents required for a court hearing is a complex task that requires in-depth knowledge of procedural features. Therefore, at this stage, the help of a lawyer or a lawyer from the company “DE-JURE” is needed, who will draw up all the documents and make sure that their content corresponds to the subject of the hearing.

— During the consultation, a lawyer forms an evidentiary base in accordance with the requirements of the court proceedings and determines a strategy for legal resolution of the problem and recovery of damages for violation of the client’s rights, — explains lawyer, Dimytriy Strichenko. — If it is a minor dispute, he also has the right to represent his client in court without a power of attorney. However, in more complex cases, the help of a lawyer is necessary. DE-JURE employs specialists in all major types of legal practice, so whatever your case, we will complete it with the best result.
