Legal protection of business

Legal protection of business is a set of measures to prevent risks, protect assets, conclude safe contracts, and effectively resolve disputes.

As the history of warfare shows, it is quite difficult to organize an attack on someone who has taken care of their protection in advance (namely, a business that is properly registered and operates exclusively in the legal field). Those companies that already have vulnerabilities are attacked. And the law firm DE-JURE will help identify potential problems and get rid of them preventively.

Business protection can be conditionally divided into protection against the arbitrariness of law enforcement agencies and protection against aggressive actions of other businesses, — says managing partner, lawyer, candidate of legal sciences Gryhorii Tripulskyi. — In both cases, the business needs proper structuring and registration (including assets located abroad and property registered to partners). A lawyer can also urgently come to the enterprise during an inspection by regulatory authorities. But usually, inspections are warned in advance, and you can prepare for them by coming to us for a consultation together with an accountant.

Foreign citizens who plan to cooperate with partners in Ukraine will also need legal support and assistance from a lawyer who is familiar with Ukrainian legislation and business registration. This way, all parties can be sure that the business is reliably protected and property will not be lost.
