Challenges for Ukrainian Business – 2025

Despite the ongoing war, business is functioning and faces a number of challenges every day — from attracting investments and issues of mobilizing employees to compensating for war losses resulting from the Russian aggression. The VIII South Ukrainian Legal Forum, organized by the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine in Odessa, was dedicated to these urgent problems and ways to solve them.

Managing Partner of the law firm “DE-JURE” Gryhorii Tripulskyi moderated a panel dedicated to stress tests that enterprises face during wartime and offered legal tools that can help. Among other things, they discussed the topics of granting the enterprise the status of critical, new rules for booking specialists and business relocation, and considered cases from the recent practice of “DE-JURE”.
