How can we help in the field of military law?

Military law is a branch that regulates relations in the Armed Forces: service, mobilization, discipline, the rights of military personnel, and responsibility for war crimes.

Our defenders also need protection, and recently military law has been one of the dynamically developing areas. How can the company “DE-JURE” help active military personnel, veterans and their families, lawyer Larisa Kis told:

  • deferral of mobilization and conscription. We in no way question the need for conscription, but we believe that mobilization should take place in compliance with all legal norms and human rights;
  • appealing against illegal decisions of state authorities and military command: failure to issue a decision on dismissal or transfer to another unit, unlawful fines, etc.;
  • legal support when applying for social benefits and compensation. Often, payments to military personnel are calculated with errors, and we seek recalculation;
  • protection of the interests of active military personnel and veterans: assistance in obtaining business grants, appealing the conclusions of the VLK, compensation for unused vacation;
  • protection of the rights of families of military personnel, volunteers, NGOs assisting the army, and internally displaced persons.

The fulfillment by a military personnel of their obligations to the state must be mirrored by the fulfillment by the state of its obligations and guarantees to the military personnel. The law company “DE-JURE” takes care of this.
